Enrollment
Reign & Root Academy offers full-year, school-day enrollment for children ages 2.9 to 6 years old, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. We serve a small, intentional cohort of learners to ensure that each child receives deeply personalized, relationship-based care in a peaceful, home-based setting.
As a neuro-affirming Christian (non-traditional) preschool program, we center the needs of neurodivergent learners — including children with developmental delays, sensory processing differences, speech/language challenges, and those on the autism spectrum. Our program is non-clinical and non-therapeutic by design, allowing children to grow, learn, and connect at their own pace in a nurturing, natural environment.
Our low 4:1 ratio is key to ensuring meaningful engagement, tailored support, and whole-child learning that honors both strengths and needs. We are committed to building strong relationships with each child and their family as we support emotional growth, academic development, and spiritual grounding.
To maintain this high-quality approach, Reign & Root will occasionally bring in rotating assistants during school vacations and the summer months to provide additional support. We also have a strategic long-term plan to expand into a full center in the future — but for now, we’re focused on serving a small group excellently and intentionally.

Meet Our Founder & Educator
Dr. Danielle C. Eddins, Ed.D.
Founder | Lead Educator | Special Education Advocate | Autism Specialist
Reign & Root Academy was founded and is led by Dr. Danielle C. Eddins — a seasoned educator, autism specialist, and mother of four neurodivergent children. With over a decade of professional and personal experience supporting young learners and their families, Dr. Eddins brings a unique dual perspective to early education: both as an expert and as a parent.
Her academic background includes:
Academic Degrees:
Associate of Science in Early Childhood Education – Roxbury Community College
Bachelor of Science in Psychology (focus in Brain Disorders) – Lesley University
Master of Science in Special Education – Lesley University
Master of Science in Autism Studies – Lesley University
Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Transformative School Leadership – Bay Path University
Professional Credentials & Certifications:
Director II Certification – MA Department of Early Education & Care (EEC)
Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Lead Teacher Certified – EEC
12+ years of experience in early education, including Early Intervention, Head Start, and program leadership
Site Coordinator for church-based afterschool and summer programs - Bethel Tabernacle Pentecostal Church
Children’s Church Director and Sunday School Teacher (since age 14) - Bethel Tabernacle Pentecostal Church
Personal & Lived Experience:
Parent of four neurodivergent children — including lived experience with sensory processing, autism spectrum, and speech/language needs, physical challenges, adhd and more
Experienced in navigating IEPs, educational advocacy, and neurodivergent parenting
Graduate of the Federation for Children with Special Needs’ Parent Advocacy Leadership Training (2023)
Background in special education consulting and family coaching
Dr. Eddins chose not to take her doctorate and years of training into a big institution — but instead to build Reign & Root Academy, a space where faith, neurodivergence, culture, and connection are honored every single day. She understands how hard it is to find a place that feels safe and supportive for neurodivergent children — because she’s lived it herself.
This isn’t just professional.
This is personal.
This is purposeful.
This is Reign & Root.
